Welcome to Pride Orthodontics (“Pride,” “we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of prideortho.com (the “Site”), including our online scheduling tools and any communications you receive from us through the Site.

By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1) Medical Disclaimer (Not Medical Advice)

Content on this Site is for general informational purposes only and is not medical or dental advice. Your specific care depends on your unique situation and must be discussed with a licensed provider.

Not for emergencies. If you believe you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

2) Online Scheduling & Appointment Requests

We may offer online scheduling for your convenience. Submitting an appointment request does not guarantee an appointment until you receive confirmation from us (by phone, email, text, or other method).

You agree to provide accurate information when requesting or scheduling an appointment. If your information changes, please update it or contact us.

3) Communications You Receive From Us

If you contact us, request an appointment, or otherwise interact with the Site, you may receive communications from us such as:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders

  • Scheduling changes and follow-ups

  • Patient care/customer service messages

  • Administrative updates (e.g., office notices)

4) Messaging Terms of Service (SMS/Text Messages)

If you opt in to receive text messages from Pride Orthodontics, you agree to the following:

  • Practice Name: Pride Orthodontics 

  • Types of messages: informational messages such as appointment reminders/confirmations, account notifications, patient care/customer service messages, and conversational messages (and marketing/promotions only if you separately opt in). 

  • Message frequency: message frequency may vary. 

  • Message and data rates: message and data rates may apply. 

  • Customer care: for help, reply HELP or contact us at smile@prideortho.com or (512) 737-6648. 

  • Opt-out: you can opt out at any time by replying STOP. 

5) Privacy

Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share information, including SMS-related privacy disclosures.
